Stormrake is an Australian crypto broker that aggregates institutional liquidity from global OTC desks and offers a fixed price before a trade is confirmed. It works as a personal dealing desk for retail and business clients.
Services The listed services are OTC brokerage, institutional liquidity aggregation and SMSF execution. Self-managed super funds receive a personal broker, custody and reporting in the name of the relevant legal entity. The company serves fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-crypto trades.
Entity and registration The legal entity is Stormrake Pty Ltd, ACN 630 754 826, based at 11 Queens Rd, Melbourne VIC 3004, Australia. The company states an AUSTRAC registration, number 100631789.
Who it suits The format suits Australian investors, companies and SMSF trustees who want a quoted price and a named broker for larger purchases rather than an exchange order book. Fees, spreads and minimum sizes are not published, so a client should request a quote and the terms of the account before the first trade.
