Legal entities The profile names DMM Technology Inc. and, where applicable, KyberDAO Foundation. The FAQ explicitly says that KyberSwap, Kyber Network and their affiliates are not regulated or licensed by MAS, which is useful context for compliance teams assessing the counterparty.
