Clean-Exchange

Clean-Exchange is an online exchange service with an unusually wide list of fiat currencies. The published form shows BTC, ETH, USDT and USDC against KZT, UAH, EUR, PLN, HKD, GEL, TRY, AED, CZK, USD and CAD.

Networks and payments

Networks include Ethereum, BEP20, TRC20, ERC20, Solana and Polygon. Payment methods are bank cards, cash, Revolut, Wise and Privat24, so the service combines digital transfers with cash settlement.

Fees and timing

The rules provide for a commission, but no single confirmed rate applies to every direction. The processing regulation mentions 24 hours, which is a condition of that regulation and not a guarantee for all operations. Bank, network and compliance delays are possible.

Compliance and refunds

AML/KYC procedures are published, and the policy provides for confirming the lawful origin of funds, with the volume of evidence set by the review. A refund is possible only in situations the rules foresee, and an unconditional refund on any request is not confirmed. The rules contain provisions on claims and limits of liability, and the exact procedure is set out in the relevant section.
