BitFm

BitFm is an online service for exchanging cryptocurrencies and fiat funds. The published form lists a wide set of digital assets and four fiat currencies.

Assets and payments Crypto assets include USDT, BTC, ETH, USDC, SOL, DAI, TRX, DOGE, BNB, DASH, LTC, XMR, XRP and ZEC across ERC20, Solana, BEP20, TRC20, TRON and Ethereum networks. Fiat currencies are CNY, RUB, EUR and USD, and the settlement methods listed are bank cards, SBP, Volet and Wise.

Terms Network fees are considered separately, and refunds carry their own fee provisions that are not the base exchange tariff. The processing regulation mentions 24 hours, which is a condition of that regulation rather than a guarantee, since bank, network and compliance delays are possible. Refunds in the cases described go back to the original payment details or wallet.

Compliance AML and KYC procedures are published, including analysis of transactions and addresses and confirmation of the lawful origin of funds. Claims and limits of liability are covered in the rules, and a partner or referral programme is declared.
