AltSwap

AltSwap is an online service for exchanging cryptocurrencies and fiat funds, with a wide list of assets and several payment routes aimed at Russian-speaking and Asian users.

Assets and payments The published form lists BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, TRX, DASH, ETC, DOGE, BCH, XRP, ADA, LINK, BNB and LTC. Fiat currencies are RUB, CNY, USD and EUR. Clients can pay by bank card, through the Faster Payments System (SBP) or with Volet. Networks include Ethereum, BEP20, Solana, TRON and ERC20.

Processing and rates The service gives a guideline of 5 to 240 minutes for most automatically processed orders, noting that this is not a guarantee for operations under additional review. In cases defined by the rules, the rate may be recalculated.

Compliance and refunds AML and KYC procedures are published. The service may request identification data and documents, analyses transactions and addresses, and asks for confirmation of the lawful origin of funds. Refunds go back to the original payment details or wallet and can depend on a compliance check. The refund section mentions a possible service fee of up to 5% of the amount, capped at the equivalent of 100 USDT, which is not the regular exchange tariff.
