Risk/Compliance Specialist

A payments company is looking for a Risk/Compliance Specialist in Riga, Latvia, on a 5/2 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Handle chargebacks and recalls
• Work with documents such as invoices, contracts, lease agreements and CVs
• Check and monitor project URLs: registration, games, payment flow and return URLs
• Process compliance requests
• Help prepare sites and projects and monitor the required fixes
• Run pre-checks of new companies and projects
• Do other operational risk tasks from the Head of Risks

Requirements

• 6–12 months in payments, PSP, risk, compliance or iGaming
• Understanding of storefronts, payment flow and the URL approval process
• Understanding of acquirer requests and the information they may need
• Basic understanding of chargebacks and recalls
• Attention to detail and readiness for varied tasks
• English A2–B1, written is enough

Conditions

• Location: Riga, Latvia
• 5/2 schedule, 9:00–18:00 or 10:00–19:00
• Full-time employment
