ORM Lead

A company in Cyprus is hiring an ORM Lead to manage and improve its Online Reputation and strengthen its brand image, working remotely outside Russia or from the office or hybrid in Cyprus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ORM specialists: distribute tasks, set priorities, control quality and give feedback
• Build internal processes from scratch: SOPs, guidelines, reply templates and communication standards
• Coordinate with PR, SMM, customer support and legal for one brand voice
• Monitor brand mentions in real time across social networks, messengers, media, forums and review sites with tools such as Brand Analytics, YouScan, Mention or Medialog
• Analyse sentiment and reputational risks
• Develop a response strategy and handle negative reviews on Google, Trustpilot, App Store, Reddit and forums
