IV Regional Conference on Payments and Financial Market Infrastructures 2026

The IV Regional Conference on Payments and Financial Market Infrastructures is organised by CEMLA, the Center for Latin American Monetary Studies, together with Banco de la República (Colombia). It takes place face to face at CEMLA's headquarters in Mexico City on 7–8 December 2026 and is coordinated by Gerardo Hernández del Valle.

The conference is part of CEMLA's 2026 programme of activities, which aims to strengthen cooperation, technical exchange and capacity building among central banks in Latin America and the Caribbean. Its focus is the payment systems and market infrastructures that central banks operate or oversee: settlement, clearing and the policy questions around them.
