The Paddle partner program is for platforms that want to give their users payments and subscriptions without building their own financial stack. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record, the legal seller, and takes over the operational side.
Who is invited - software platforms where customers launch their own products; - AI-builder platforms where users assemble apps and services.
What Paddle handles - checkout and payment acceptance; - subscriptions and embedded billing; - sales tax calculation and remittance; - refunds and chargebacks.
For the platform this means its users sell while Paddle carries the tax and payment obligations as Merchant of Record.
How to get in Access to the partner API and agent skills is reserved for program members, so integration starts with joining. Fees and revenue sharing are not published. The program is not tied to specific countries.
The model is especially handy for platforms whose users sell digital products on subscription: multi-jurisdiction tax and buyer disputes move off their plate.
