LemFi is an international money transfer service that works through a mobile app. Money can be sent from Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe to recipients in Africa, Asia, Europe and Brazil.

Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and European countries. Funding options depend on the sender's country: bank transfer, debit card or wallet balance in the app.

- Africa: Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Egypt, Ethiopia, Senegal, Morocco, Tanzania, Uganda and more than ten other countries.
- Asia: India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, the Philippines, China, Vietnam, Nepal, Sri Lanka.
- Europe: France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands and others.
- Latin America: Brazil.
Who it is for
Mainly diaspora communities that regularly send money to families back home. The broad network of destinations in Africa and South Asia covers the most popular corridors from North America and the UK.
Regulation
The service operates through different legal entities depending on the market. Registration with US and Canadian financial regulators (FinCEN, FINTRAC) is not the same as a banking licence, which is worth keeping in mind when assessing the service.
