An established company in the Emirates is getting ready to accept payments from overseas customers and is looking for a Stripe alternative in the UAE. Four things matter: reasonable fees, clear settlement, easy refunds and support that responds.
Requirements - international card acceptance; - regular, predictable settlement to a UAE account; - refunds that are simple for the buyer; - support that can actually be reached.

An important detail The author clarified that they do not use Shopify. Advice about connecting through Shopify does not apply, so pitch solutions that work with a custom site or via API.
Stage The business is operating, but international acceptance has not launched. Product and volume are not disclosed. The author contacted one potential provider but has not reported signing up, so the choice is still open.
