The founder describes the contests as skill-based, but that is the founder's own view: lawyers and the acquirer will need to review it state by state, and a US LLC on its own does not settle the question.
Geography and methods Both the merchant and the players are in the United States; specific states are not named. The need is contest entry collection under high-risk merchant processing. Providers that already handle fantasy sports and skill games in the US can share their KYC, reserve and licensing expectations at this early stage, so the product is built around an acquirer's rules from day one.
