Bojosi Consulting Solutions

Bojosi Consulting Solutions is a specialised African consulting group in gaming regulation, licensing and compliance. The markets named are South Africa and Botswana, and the office is in Bryanston, Sandton, Johannesburg.

Services

Four services are listed: gaming licensing, regulatory advisory, compliance and market research. Market research is less common in this segment and helps operators judge demand and regulatory conditions before they apply for a licence. Licensing and regulatory advice cover the application itself, and compliance covers duties afterwards.

Location

The address is 7B Chesham Road, Bryanston, Sandton, Johannesburg, South Africa. Botswana is named as the second market, which may interest operators building a southern African presence. The legal entity, founding year and details of local licence types are not provided.

Who it suits

The group is relevant to local and foreign operators, suppliers and investors that plan to enter or expand within South Africa or Botswana and prefer a consultant with regional knowledge. Fees and the extent of services in Botswana should be confirmed with the company.
