Reku

Reku is an Indonesian spot cryptocurrency trading platform that also offers an OTC service and additional investment products. Its office is listed at Equity Tower, 11th Floor, Suite E, SCBD, Jakarta Selatan.

Trading and fees The homepage states a 0% fee in Lightning mode and 0.1% for crypto spot and futures trading. The company publishes its fee schedule, so other charges should be checked against the current tariff before trading. The fiat currency in use is the Indonesian rupiah (IDR), which makes the platform relevant mainly for users moving between IDR and digital assets.

Support Reku runs a round-the-clock live chat. The official resource separately warns that there is no official WhatsApp support channel, a useful point for users who want to avoid impersonation attempts.

Regulatory status The company does not publish licence details or registration numbers, so anyone requiring regulated-entity confirmation should ask the company for its Indonesian authorisations and the legal entity behind the service before opening an account or placing a large OTC order.
