RavenChange is an online exchange service for cryptocurrencies and fiat funds, open to both individuals and legal entities.

Assets and payment methods The service lists USDT, BTC, ETH, USDC, XMR, SOL, TON, LTC, DAI, XRP and BNB, alongside the fiat currencies RUB, THB, USD, KZT and TRY. Supported blockchain networks include TON, Arbitrum, Polygon and BEP20. Customers can settle by bank card, via the Faster Payments System (SBP) or in cash.

Processing, compliance and refunds The processing rules mention a 24-hour interval; this is a condition of that specific regulation rather than a guaranteed time for every operation, and bank, network or compliance delays are possible. RavenChange publishes AML/KYC procedures and may request identification details and documents during verification. Refunds depend on the compliance review and on the documents provided, and fees or confirmed costs may be withheld in the cases the rules describe. Refund fees are set out separately and are not the base exchange rate.

Other terms The rules contain provisions on claims and limits of liability, and the company states that a partner and referral programme exists. Exchange rates and base fees should be confirmed with the service before a transaction.
