GoldenWhale is an online service for exchanging cryptocurrencies and fiat money, with a long list of assets, currencies and payment methods.

Assets and networks

The crypto list includes USDT, USDC, ETH, BTC, SOL, XRP, TRX, LTC, XMR, DOGE, BNB, AVAX and several others, carried over networks such as TRC20, ERC20, BEP20, Polygon, Arbitrum, TON, Optimism and Solana. Fiat currencies include RUB, USD, EUR, THB, GEL, AED, UZS, GBP, KZT, CNY, TRY and a number of others.

Payment methods

Settlement options are bank cards, SEPA, SBP, cash, PayPal, Revolut and Wise, so the service covers card, bank, wallet and cash routes within one interface.

Fees, checks and refunds

Network fees are treated separately and depend on the network and the operation. Refund provisions can deduct fees or documented costs, and these should not be read as the base exchange rate. AML/KYC procedures are published: the service may request identity data and documents, check the bank card, and ask for confirmation of the legal origin of funds. Disputes are handled through court or arbitration under the service terms. A referral programme is declared, with accrual rules set by the service.
