Transact Pro

Transact Pro offers corporate clients payment accounts, online payment acceptance and card issuing, including white-label card programmes. The operating entity is a Latvian company, SIA Transact Pro, founded in 2004 with its office in Riga.

Licensing and group structure

The Latvian entity holds an electronic money institution licence from Latvijas Banka (the Bank of Latvia), number 06.12.04.416/359. The company is an affiliate of the US Transact Bank N.A., but that is a separate bank: its FDIC membership does not carry over to the Latvian entity, and that EMI should not be described as a bank.

Services and payment channels

The listed services are business accounts, payment processing, card issuing, white-label cards, an API and card payouts. Payments move over SWIFT and SEPA, and payouts to cards use Original Credit Transactions. Card programmes run on the Visa and Mastercard networks.

Fees and languages

The company advertises processing from 0.5%. This is a starting rate for individual deals and not a universal tariff, so the actual price depends on the agreement. Customer service is offered in Latvian, English and Russian. Limits, onboarding documents and account fees should be requested from the company directly.
