PaySaxas offers businesses EUR accounts with a dedicated IBAN and SEPA and SEPA Instant payments. Its website describes settlements for licensed money service businesses (MSBs), VASPs, CASPs and OTC companies, and Banking-as-a-Service is marked as a future product, not a live service.

The EU electronic money institution is PaySaxas Oy in Finland (registration 33874548), supervised by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. The website itself is operated by Paysaxas Ltd in Cyprus. A Canadian affiliate, PaySaxas Financial Solutions Corporation, holds its own MSB (M23680092) and PSP (RPS0002084) registrations.

Funds protection

Safeguarded funds are segregated at partner banks from PaySaxas's own money. They are not deposits and are not covered by a national deposit guarantee scheme.

Crypto-related clients

The site describes non-custodial consumer-to-business and business-to-business flows for MSBs, VASPs, CASPs, PSPs and OTC desks. Accounts are in EUR only.
