Yuno is looking for a Technical Support Analyst, APAC (APAC (Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai or Shenzhen listed), remote format).
Responsibilities
- Handle merchant support and NOC alerts during APAC hours
- Investigate payment failures
- Escalate reproducible platform issues
Requirements
- Two or more years of relevant experience
- Mandarin communication with regional merchants
- English documentation for the global team
