Senior Credit & Risk Officer

WEBXPAY is hiring for the position of Senior Credit & Risk Officer in Colombo.

Responsibilities - Assess merchants, review applications and recommend approval or rejection. - Monitor portfolio fraud and other exposures. - Maintain models and underwriting guidance. - Prepare reports and dashboards and track key risk indicators. - Support portfolio reviews and uphold internal, card-scheme and regulatory requirements. - Work with sales, operations, compliance, finance and collections on merchant onboarding and monitoring.

Requirements - Qualification in banking, finance, accounting or business, or equivalent industry experience. - 3–5 years in underwriting, acquiring, banking, fintech or financial services. - Financial-analysis skills, Excel and reporting skills. - Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management abilities. - Knowledge of card acquiring, fraud prevention and fintech operations is an advantage.
