Technical Support Engineer

PaymentWorks is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to work remotely in the United States on complex customer cases.

Responsibilities - Investigate complex integrations, SFTP, SSO and platform issues through resolution - Collaborate with engineering - Join the incident on-call rotation

Requirements - Mountain/Pacific time zones preferred
