GCVA Conference 2027

GCVA Conference 2027 is the annual conference of the Gift Card & Voucher Association, the UK trade body for the gift card industry. It takes place on 3–4 March 2027 at the Hilton London Bankside and sits alongside the association's other flagship moments, the Hall of Fame Awards and the Members' Summit.

The association describes itself as the go-to body for the sector, sharing insight and knowledge and pushing for change, and the conference is presented as "driving innovation from day one". It brings together gift card issuers, retailers and hospitality brands, programme managers, distributors and technology providers from the prepaid ecosystem to discuss market trends, regulation and new products.

Who should attend

Retailers and brands running gift card programmes, prepaid and closed-loop card issuers, B2B incentive and reward platforms, and payment providers handling gift card distribution, activation and fraud controls in the UK.

Tickets and access

Booking is available through the GCVA events page; members of the association get access to additional events during the year.
