The Euro Banking Association runs this interactive one-day EBA Academy course on PSD3 and the Payment Services Regulation in Brussels on 26 January 2027. It repeats the format of the first session on 17 November 2026, which sold out, and is one of three advanced short modules that complement the Payments from A to Z programme.
The PSD3/PSR course lays the foundations of the new framework and traces how the legislation evolved from PSD2. Sessions cover licensing requirements, changes to open banking and strong customer authentication, transparency rules and fraud liability, and help participants assess what the changes mean for their own institutions. Teaching is in English.
Who should attend
Payments, compliance and product professionals at banks, payment institutions, e-money institutions and PSPs who need to assess the regulatory impact of PSD3/PSR on licensing, open banking APIs, SCA flows and fraud reimbursement.
