10DX Indonesia 2027

10DX Indonesia 2027 is a one-day, invitation-only banking summit in Jakarta on 26 January 2027, themed Turning Digital Scale into Performance. Indonesian banks have spent a decade going digital: tens of millions of customers bank on mobile, QRIS and BI-FAST have made payments instant and cheap, and wallets and super-apps now sit between banks and customers.

The organiser describes the next phase as harder. OJK has set expectations for how AI is governed, third-party and data rules are tightening, and Bank Indonesia's roadmap adds new real-time infrastructure. Five sessions cover moving AI from pilot to accountable production, resilience on modernised architecture and trusted data, turning customer data into real-time decisions, connecting to corporate ecosystems and shared payment rails, and which technology investments have earned their cost. The organiser expects 75+ attendees from 25+ banks and financial institutions and 15+ speakers.
