Intrum / Netcetera / Nect is Nect, a German company founded in 2017 in Hamburg that developed a patented robotic video identification technology. Its approach, branded Robotic VideoIdent, is approved by the German regulator BaFin.

Products

The product line includes Nect Ident, AI video verification available around the clock, Nect Sign for qualified electronic signatures, Nect Wallet for reusable KYC, and eID with NFC reading. The AI protocol replaces call-centre operators in classic VideoIdent while, the company states, keeping the same legal status in Germany.
