The independent developer behind PISO Chain is looking for a partner in the Philippines: a PISOBridge pilot is only possible with an authorised bank, e-money issuer (EMI), operator of a payment system (OPS) or fintech with an API. All regulated fiat operations stay with the partner.
Rails of interest - QR Ph, the national QR payment standard; - InstaPay, instant transfers between banks and wallets; - PESONet, batch interbank transfers; - merchant settlement, a payout API and embedded payments.
Project stage This is a one-developer project, not a running business with turnover. The author openly says there is currently no connection to the central bank's rails and that the solution still needs testing and an audit. Neither volume nor publication date is stated.
