A provider offers acceptance through Open Banking, meaning payments straight from the customer's account via a bank API, with no card details entered. The customer authorises the payment in their bank's interface, and the merchant receives a confirmed transfer. This open banking offer appeared in late June 2026.
Traffic Both types are accepted: FTD (players making a first deposit) and STD (repeat deposits from regular customers). This lets you use the method across the player journey, from sign-up to regular top-ups.
Fees - pay-in: 3.8% plus €0.1 per transaction; - refund: €30.
Reserve and settlement - rolling reserve: 10% for 180 days, capped at €150k; - settlement: at the Xe.com rate minus 0.5%, on the third day after the transaction (T+3).
The reserve means a tenth of turnover comes back to the merchant only after six months. The €150k cap limits how much can sit in reserve at once, so for large projects the strain on working capital stops growing over time.
Who it suits Countries and verticals are not named in the offer, so clarify them when connecting. A bank transfer without a card reduces declines caused by card restrictions. Plan ahead for the reserve hold and the €30 charged on each refund.
