FTD traffic FTD means players or customers paying for the first time. - pay-in: 9% plus €0.50 per attempt; - settlement: in USDT minus 1%, after five days (T+5).
The fixed fee is charged per attempt, not only per successful payment, so declined transactions also cost money.
Trusted traffic Trusted means verified customers with a payment history. - pay-in: 7.5% plus €0.50; - settlement: in EUR or USDC minus 1%, after three days (T+3).
Risk and reserves - maximum chargeback rate: 0.8%; - refund: €30, chargeback: €100; - rolling reserve: 10% for 180 days, with a reserve cap of €150k to €200k.
A chargeback is a cardholder disputing a payment through their bank. Going above the 0.8% threshold risks disconnection, so the project needs anti-fraud tools and a clear descriptor on the customer's statement.
Who it suits The offer fits projects with an international audience outside the EU. The 1.5 percentage point gap between FTD and trusted rewards retention, and the high chargeback fee calls for careful dispute handling.
