Resumen
Fluid Pay is a cloud-based white-label payment gateway with a REST API, built on a modern Go architecture and founded in 2017 in the Chicago area (Lombard, Illinois). It serves retail locations, online stores and recurring billing in the United States and Canada, and works with international acquirers.
Partner model The company works only through partners and does not onboard merchants directly. The gateway is open to: - ISOs, independent organisations that sell acquiring to merchants; - agent groups; - ISVs, software vendors who want to embed payments into their product.
A partner gets the gateway and offers it to its own clients under its own commercial model. A merchant therefore connects through one of the partners rather than directly, and the client stays with the partner.
Features - full white-label gateway; - multi-MID load balancing; - Level 2 and 3 B2B processing; - surcharging and dual pricing; - token vault; - card acceptance and recurring payments for subscriptions and memberships, in person and online through one gateway.
Segments and pricing Target segments are ISOs, high-risk PSPs, B2B merchants and SaaS. ISOs pay a wholesale per-transaction price. The legal entity, partner rates and onboarding steps are not public.
