Armenian Card (ArCa) is an Armenian company that processes card transactions and maintains the infrastructure of the national payment network. Its clients are banks and merchants in Armenia.
What it does

A national payment network lets cards from different Armenian banks work at each other's ATMs and terminals, while domestic transactions settle inside the country. Pricing, onboarding steps, settlement timing and the legal entity are not published. Merchants usually connect through an acquiring bank that already works in the network.
