AmPay offers card acquiring in Kazakhstan for high-risk businesses, accepting Visa and Mastercard in an e-commerce flow. The offer was published in March 2026, when Kazakhstan was listed as one of the service's active markets.
Pricing - pay-in: 8% of the payment amount; - payout: 3%; - settlement fee: 2%, with conversion at the Xe.com rate.
Settlement and reserve Funds reach the merchant on a T+4 cycle, the fourth business day after the transaction. A rolling reserve also applies: 10% of turnover is held for 180 days and then released. Reserves like this are standard in high-risk categories and protect the provider against chargebacks.
Limits The minimum payment is 1,000 and the maximum is 500,000 in the transaction currency.
Who it suits Projects that banks turn down for regular acquiring because of their risk category, yet still need the card checkout buyers expect. Keep in mind that the reserve and the T+4 delay noticeably tie up working capital.
