A company in Bolivia that says it is registered as a VASP (virtual asset service provider) is looking for regulated infrastructure to pay its suppliers. The request was published in April 2026.
How the flow works 1. The company's clients pay in USDT. 2. The USDT has to be converted into US dollars. 3. The dollars are wired to suppliers' accounts in the US and to USD accounts in China.

Volume The author cites three clients from an existing business who have committed to roughly $6 million of volume in the first year. This is a projection, not current payment flow.
What to clarify The company is not named. VASP registration, the author's authority, client KYB and the legality of local OTC activity are self-reported and unverified. Any arrangement would require institutional KYB, checks on the origin of funds and regulated rails only. It is also worth asking about the product stage and why current providers fell short.
