WTP Technology is building a card product inside Telegram and is looking for card issuing partners plus a payout provider. The cards should work for subscriptions, shopping, advertising and travel.
What is needed - card issuing; - a payout API; - tokenisation for Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay.
Use cases - paying for digital subscriptions; - online shopping; - funding ad accounts; - spending while travelling.
What is known This is a separate request from the same company that is seeking QR payments in Southeast Asia. The product's core market is not disclosed and no volumes are given. A provider would review WTP's permissions and the user KYC set-up before launch.
Who should respond BIN sponsors, issuer processors and EMIs that issue virtual cards for fintech apps and support mobile wallets. Explain where you can issue, which currencies are available and how issuing works through your API, including how quickly a card reaches a user's wallet.
