A team is building a subscription-sharing marketplace: group members pay monthly for access to a digital service, and the group owner receives the money minus a platform fee. That calls for a PSP with recurring billing and payouts.
Payment flow - recurring monthly collection from members; - commission splitting on every payment; - payouts to group owners.
Key condition Only use cases where the service itself allows subscription sharing qualify. The founder has not yet said which services will be listed or whether resale is permitted. A provider will need to check this during KYB and KYC and agree on who holds the funds between collection and payout.
Stage and geography The product is under development, no legal entity is named and there is no volume. The founder lives outside the US but has not named the country, and residence alone does not tell where the company will be incorporated.
The search for a partner was announced in April 2026.
