SHOKRAN vIBAN accounts and cards are needed for the EU and UK so the company can embed financial services in a consumer app. The group website names ShokranPay Inc. and Finvoka Payments Inc.

In other words, the full embedded-finance stack: customer accounts, inbound and outbound transfers in euros and pounds, and a dedicated card programme.
What is known about the project The consumer app is not named, and audience figures and regulatory credentials are the company's own claims. SHOKRAN later reported working with TerraPay and D360, but it is unclear whether those relationships covered this EU and UK requirement.
