A solo developer building a fintech product in Nepal is looking for a way to send payouts programmatically. The request was published in August 2026; the project is early, pre-revenue and on a limited budget.

Why ConnectIPS did not fit According to the author, ConnectIPS quoted 187 thousand Nepali rupees a year plus a fee per transaction. For a product with no revenue that is too expensive. The figure is a provider's price, not the project's volume or budget.
What is not enough One provider in the discussion confirmed that its product only handles collections and does not do payouts. A collection integration does not solve this need; a payout channel is required.
