IceTree Ltd. is sourcing local fiat rails for a crypto business, a regulated operator whose name will be shared after an NDA. It needs PSPs with native access to local systems in Asia-Pacific and Latin America. The request was published in June 2026.

Provider requirements - direct access to domestic payment systems, without a chain of intermediaries; - a full API; - named virtual IBANs; - third-party fiat pay-in and payout; - the ability to contract in several jurisdictions.

What it means in practice Named IBANs let each of the operator's clients top up by transfer to account details in their own name, and third-party payouts send money directly to users. Only providers that are allowed by their regulator to serve crypto businesses can offer this setup.
