The team behind a B2B CRM for agencies is looking for alternative billing after Paddle declined to onboard it. The founder stresses that the product is a CRM, not an AI generation service, and wants a provider to assess it on that basis.

Stage The product is early, distribution is still being planned and volume is unknown. Talks with Freemius are ongoing, with no acceptance confirmed yet.
Important note The team rejected a vendor's suggestion to conceal AI features from providers. It wants a partner that evaluates the product honestly as it is.
Geography The request comes from a Pakistani community context, but the merchant's country of registration is unconfirmed and should be clarified first.
What to offer A merchant of record or billing platform should explain which countries it onboards from, how it reviews SaaS with AI features and what it charges. The Paddle rejection is a reason to explain the policy early so the same thing does not happen again.
