Swissquote Bank SA is a Swiss bank supervised by FINMA that offers an institutional digital-asset service to banks, brokers, funds, asset managers and companies. It also has a retail-facing crypto trading platform, where the availability of a specific direction depends on the country and client checks.

Institutional services The bank lists institutional crypto trading and execution, crypto custody, white-label crypto solutions and SQX exchange connectivity. It states that it provides trading through its own SQX venue and connected market makers, with support for 45 assets and more than 50 direct pairs, including stablecoins, and instant settlement for digital asset trades.

Scope The institutional crypto offer is a regulated bank service. It does not by itself mean that any crypto business can open an operating fiat account, so VASPs should check the acceptance criteria for their entity.
