K33

K33 is a Norwegian crypto broker and institutional trading business based in Oslo. It operates as a broker and personal dealing desk for retail and corporate clients and is part of the group K33 AB (publ). It was previously known as Kaupang Krypto and belongs to the Arcane/Arcario group.

Trading and OTC

K33 supports crypto-to-crypto and fiat-to-crypto routes, OTC brokerage and institutional execution. The company states zero deposit, withdrawal and trading fees, with compensation taken in the bid/ask spread. Fiat currencies include NOK, SEK, DKK, EUR, GBP, CHF, USD and CAD.

BTC-backed loans

K33 offers two-sided USDC loans secured by Bitcoin, including applications from legal entities. Size, term and LTV are agreed individually, and loan proceeds can be converted into fiat. Access is for EU and EFTA clients with annual volume of at least USD 25,000 for private clients or USD 100,000 for corporates, after an eligibility and legal assessment. A public expression-of-interest form carries no credit commitment.

The legal entity named is K33 Markets AS, at Munkedamsveien 45, 0250 Oslo. The company says it is MiCA-authorised and supervised by Finanstilsynet in Norway. Terms vary by entity and market.
