Hex Trust is an institutional digital asset provider, founded in 2018, that combines regulated custody with OTC execution, fiat ramping and secured lending. Its clients are qualified and institutional investors, crypto funds, trading firms, token foundations, miners, digital asset treasury companies, family offices and financial institutions.

Services

Listed services include OTC execution, custody and fiat ramping, which converts crypto into fiat for institutions. For payment providers the company offers Convert-to-Pay: stablecoins are routed into fiat settlement through banking partners, other digital assets are converted first, and on-chain checks and API integration are part of the flow.

Lending

The company provides collateralised financing for trading, treasury and operating needs. Collateral is BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP and selected altcoins, held in a segregated Hex Safe, and loans can be paid in USDT or USDC. Interest and LTV are negotiated, with tenors that are bespoke.

Licences and markets

The company operates in the United Arab Emirates, Singapore and Hong Kong. It states that Hex Trust MENA FZE holds a VARA custody licence, VL/23/08/002, and that HT Markets MENA FZE holds a broker-dealer licence. It also announced a partnership with Chainalysis for compliance-focused custody.
