The EU operator is Gate Technology Ltd. in Malta, with company number C 89337. The company states that it holds MFSA authorisation GTEC-25238 and notes that the group has other regional operators, so the entity serving a client depends on the country.

Lending Center

Gate describes institutional loans, crypto loans, OTC loans and margin loans secured by digital assets, aimed at institutions, market makers and professional traders. Interest is product-specific and institutional terms are approved individually. New applicants for interest-free institutional credit must, according to the page, show at least USD 10 million of monthly volume at another exchange.
