CityBit is an online exchange service built around one narrow route: USDT bought or sold with payments through Privat24, the Ukrainian bank's service. The published form lists USDT on the BEP20 and TRC20 networks.

Rate and fees

The terms mention a floating rate, and fixing it applies under the conditions and at the moment the service sets. In the cases the rules provide for, a recalculation is possible. Network fees are treated separately, and their amount depends on the network and the operation. Refunds have their own fee provisions, which should not be read as the base exchange tariff.

Timing

The processing regulation names 15 minutes. That is a condition of the regulation and not a guaranteed time for all operations, since bank, network and compliance delays are possible.

Verification

AML/KYC procedures are published, and a separate bank card check is provided. The policy provides for confirming the lawful origin of funds. A refund decision may depend on a compliance check, and fees or confirmed costs may be withheld from a refund in the cases described.
