Bybit

Bybit is a centralised spot exchange with separate P2P and OTC directions. Besides exchange trading, it has a confirmed P2P section where users trade with each other, and payment methods there depend on the listing and the region.

Exchange and P2P

Users can trade crypto against crypto and exchange fiat for crypto. User funds are kept in custodial exchange accounts. Official identification and AML pages exist, but the exact rules, thresholds and regional exceptions should be checked for each country.

OTC conversion

The OTC service offers fiat-to-crypto purchases and crypto conversion. One-Click Buy starts at USD 20,000 and Convert at USD 50,000. One-Click Buy needs individual verification, Convert accepts individual or business verification, and balance thresholds apply. Convert OTC is unavailable while Spot Margin or Institutional Lending is enabled. Assets include USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH and MNT, and the fiat currency is USD.

Institutional Loan

Professional trading firms can obtain an Institutional Loan with Unified Trading Account collateral for spot, perpetual and options strategies. The interest is negotiated, the minimum is 1,000,000 USDT equivalent, leverage can reach 5x subject to approval, and the term is agreed in the loan agreement. Documentation is published for the API.
