How an exchange works
A new client visits the office with identification documents, and the quote is agreed through the company's single official WhatsApp contact. The company states that it is non-custodial. Typical processing takes about 15 minutes, although some blockchain confirmations can take hours.
Assets and currency
The only fiat currency is HKD and the only payment method is cash. Listed assets are BTC, ETH, LTC, BCH, BNB, XRP, DOGE, ADA and SOL.
Fees and limits
There is no minimum trade volume. A handling fee of HKD 100 applies to trades below HKD 5,000, the sender pays the blockchain fee, and the final quote applies to each deal.
Location and hours
The office is at Unit B, 14/F, Astoria Building, 34 Ashley Road. It is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:00, and on weekends only WhatsApp is available.
