Payhawk

Payhawk combines corporate cards and payments with spend management, supplier invoices and accounting integrations. Several legal entities share the work, so the role depends on the region.

Entities and licences

EU and UK payment services are provided by Payhawk's own electronic money institutions. Payhawk Financial Services UAB holds Lithuanian EMI licence 95 from the Bank of Lithuania (company number 306068630). Payhawk Financial Services Limited is a UK EMI authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority under FRN 987096 (company number 14060082). The software platform is contracted separately by Payhawk Limited. In the United States, Visa cards are issued by Cross River Bank, Member FDIC, and FDIC cover does not extend automatically to EU or UK e-money.

Products

The services listed are corporate cards on the Visa network, expense management, supplier payments, accounts payable and an API.

Restrictions

In the UK, the product is not available to micro-enterprises and small charities as defined under the Consumer Duty.

Who it suits

Finance teams that want cards, reimbursements and supplier payments tied to their accounting system. Fees and card limits are agreed with the company.
